How to get your rebate if you buy from a non-participating dealer:
- Make sure to read the Terms and Conditions.
- Fill out this rebate form completely.
- Gather your proof of purchase and your Vermont motorcycle registration.
- Email the form to us with proof of purchase, and your Vermont registration.
- Note: motorcycle must be registered at your account address in GMP service area.
- Note: motorcycle battery must be at least 9kWh.
- Valid on purchases Jan 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, form must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
- Sign and complete this W-9 Form if you’re requesting a rebate check from us (not getting it at a participating dealer).
